Technology cooperate with Japan company for Flat-bed Die-cutting machinery.
The machine is mainly used for die-cutting, creasing and cold pressing cartons, cardboard boxes and labels in packaging and decoration industry, especially for various exquisite printing, such as cigarette packs, wine boxes, gift boxes, home appliance boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc. The machine can mark convex-concave impression, providing stereoscopic printing. Machine automatically run from feeding section, and die-cutting section and delivery section, has many functions and advantages such as automatic checkout function, failure indication fuction, non-stop exampling function, heavy die-cutting pressure, high registration precision, etc.
The main driven system of this machine equips magnetic clutch and brake. The main sprocket shaft equips torsion limiter(safety clutch). There are many safety detective cameras and safety devices, utmost avoid the damages of operator due to emergency, providing safety for person and equipment.
Features of the New Paper Feeder
It can operate continuously at a high speed, and the entire machine can be finely adjusted during operation.
On the basis of giving full play to new technologies, more emphasis is placed on operability and productivity.
By strengthening the vacuum system and the air blowing device, stable paper feeding is achieved.
The angles and heights of the first suction head and the second suction head can be adjusted through the handle on the side of the paper feeder.
The lifting of the paper feeder adopts a motor-driven mode.
The operation of moving the paper feeder back and forth is simple and accurate.
When moving over a large range, it can be adjusted by manually adjusting the linear slide rail.
It enables efficient production, precise die-cutting and accurate creasing.
It can remove waste completely, achieving 100% waste removal.
It is easy to operate.
Feeding Section
It is equipped with a high-speed feeder originally from Japan. The corrugated boards are fed into the second position table one by one through vacuum adsorption.
The air pressure and air intake of the vacuum adsorption can be adjusted according to the thickness, condition and shape of the corrugated boards.
The feeder head is equipped with fine adjustment devices for front-back, left-right movement, ensuring the accuracy of paper feeding.
A triple safety protection device prevents the feeder head from being collided.
Press Section
The automatic plate locking system for quick plate changing can save the plate changing time. There is a separate pressure adjustment device for the four corners, which makes the pressure more balanced and can increase the service life of the cutting die by more than 20%.
Sensors are installed on the edge of the die-cutting steel plate to prevent the situation where the pushing is not in place, resulting in the deflection of the crease line and causing defective products.
It adopts the aviation aluminum alloy gripper bar and positioning mechanism. The gripper pieces are designed in a two-piece style and are made of silicon-manganese alloy, with durability more than twice that of similar products in the industry.
The chains are specially processed by Japan's DID Company. Each chain has been stretched by the original Japanese factory and is provided in pairs, with a long service life.
It uses an electromagnetic clutch imported directly from Japan. It can engage and disengage quickly and can work normally without an additional air source.
Stripping Section
- Mainly for Pre-treatment of clear the intermediate waste before blanking.
- Upper mould: manual fixing installation type to fix the upper mould. The upper frame with convex mold groove to quick fix the mold. The lift of upper frame is motorized by gear motor. (Stripping tool and Blanking tool can be exchanged use)
- Down mould: the down mould can be inserted from outside of the machine, the installation or dismantle on the down frame is available. The center of down frame is equipped with convex mold groove to quick fix the mold. (Stripping tool and Blanking tool can be exchanged use)
- The lift of upper mould device is motorized.
- Pin to pin waste removal function can be available to assist get rid of the waste material of the small hole in the middle
Blanking Section
- Various boxes such as medicine, cigaretee boxes, etc, can be stacked neatly by the blanking system.
- Special upper and lower blanking die can stamping and collect the finished product.
- When using blanking, simultaneous start the inserting ione paper interval function.
- During blanking, the bar device will press on the gripper to guarantee the precise blanking.

- Down mould: the down mould is directly inserted into machine from external, can do the installation or dismantle on the down frame. The center of down frame is equipped with convex mold groove to quick fix the mold. (the exchange used of mold attachment when using blanking or stripping)

DELIVERY SECTION (WASTE EJECTION)

Eject the waste into the wooden boxes by the gripper bar.
